That someone running for president of the United States does not understand the terrible injustice in his white privilege is inexcusable. Bush had enough money to buy good quality cocaine and could get away with his illegal behavior because the police don't often investigate people of his family's ilk for victimless crimes. On the other hand, blacks who didn't have money were buying cheap, highly addicting crack, committing robbery and prostitution to pay for their habit and were being arrested and thrown into prison by the thousands. Bush's father was responsible for enforcing policies that filled our prisons to overflowing and eliminated the possibility of treatment for the addicted. Neither of those insulated people -- father or son -- is qualified to be our president. Kate Bradley, Issaquah - --- MAP posted-by: Keith Brilhart
