DRUG DENIAL? NO PROBLEM

It's interesting that General McCaffrey, Clinton's drug adviser, is
backing Mr Howard's refusal to try shooting galleries and heroin
trials (Herald, July 14). What excellent advice. Such a mode of
thought has done wonders in cleaning up the United States, hasn't it?
No drug problem there.
