CANADIANS ARE FORTUNATE

THE RECOMMENDATION by the Canadian Police Chiefs Assoc. to decriminalize
narcotic possession is a victory for common sense. Canadians are fortunate
to have such sensible professionals protecting them. We have a different
breed here in the U.S. and look what it has brought us.
