Please request that Stannard do a follow-up on series of positive alternatives to correct the evil consequences of the war. One alternative could be a delegate to the 50 states authority to prohibit -- tobacco and alcohol -- as drugs. Then require the sole sources of any authorized drug to be state-run drug stores.
