Come on, George W.Bush, admit it already. The consequences of
admission can't hurt you as much as letting us all think that you are
not only a former druggy, but also too cowardly to admit it.

Personally, I don't believe Bush is so concerned with his image. His
reasons for nondisclosure run deeper - his drug use would have
implications no politician these days wants to admit.

If he actually used cocaine, stopped using it on his own and built a
successful career in spite of it, what does this tell us? That,
perhaps, the average citizen can handle the drug issue without
government intervention, that maybe we don't need powerful politicians
to protect us from ourselves? No politician, Republican or Democrat,
wants us coming to conclusions like that!
