I agree with Mr. Buckley and associates that if we expect to get drugs under control in this country, we must take them under control. Letting the black market determine the quality of drugs, pricing, marketing standards, etc., is a very bad idea. Why not have truth in labeling with all drugs, not just "approved" drugs? Why not apply truth in advertising to all drugs, not just "approved" drugs? Letting the black market make these determinations is a real problem that manifests itself in crime, violence and poisonings. Alan Silverman Santa Rosa
