If it wasn't just a cynical tax grab dressed up as another 
vote-buying electoral scheme, one would be almost heartened to hear 
that the law and order Conservatives may finally be realizing that 
Canadians are far more like the people of Colorado and Washington 
states than Texas and Alabama.

A flip flop? Not. We can now watch the wolf dawn the sheep's clothing 
to win your hearts before cutting it out and eating it. How will they 
ever fill those super jails with this kind of climb down?
