Although I agree with Rosie DiManno that all drugs should be treated 
as a health issue, she is way off base when it comes to keeping it 
from being legalized. It didn't work for alcohol and its not working 
for pot. Like it or not people will continue to smoke and if Rosie 
really wants to see stupidity, she should walk into a room full of 
drunk people. Legalize, educate and tax.
