WAR ON DRUGS

The first volley has been fired in the war between the Mexican drug
cartel's drug machine and American's safety and freedom. Tally up
Colorado's first known deaths attributed to the prohibition of marijuana.

Though no shots were fired, the deaths of retired Pueblo Police Capt.
John A. Barger and Pueblo County Sheriff Capt. Leide William DeFusco,
can be directly linked to the Mexican drug cartel. While flying over
Pueblo County looking for other cartel illegal grows, these gentlemen
sacrificed their lives trying to make sure we were safe from these
criminals.

As we mourn the loss of these local heroes who put their lives on the
line for so many years to serve and protect the citizens of Pueblo,
you can rest assured that there is great elation south of the border.

Thugs who have no regard for law enforcement. Criminals who will shoot
whomever it takes to ensure their steady flow of money. Mobsters who
value their illegally gotten gains, no matter the cost in human lives,
will stop at nothing to insure their constant flow of millions of
dollars from the illegal sales of marijuana.

Much money has been spent on the war on drugs - a war we are losing by
the way - and now the human count continues to mount.

Again, I ask, when will those in power realize that we are indeed
losing this war on drugs? How many more of our citizens will lose
their lives before it becomes clear to them?
