Are they addicts? If they are using these drugs to function better and be able to go to work, as do many who use marijuana, I do not see a problem. Even if a person is using marijuana simply for recreational purposes, that does not mean he or she can't properly function after a toke, the same way a person can work productively after a drink. If some people are able to manage their use of any drug, and still work and contribute to their society, and pay for it out of their own pocket, why should anyone else care what they are doing?
