THE U.S. NEEDS A DRUG POLICY THAT WORKS MUCH BETTER

Why do the authors think Anheuser-Busch and Miller Brewing gangs are
not killing each other for control of the beer market? It's because
alcohol is legal.

We used to have a war on alcohol called Prohibition. The result was a
surge in violence and organized crime, worse problems related to
alcohol consumption and contempt for law. The drug war is destroying
America.
