THANKS FOR SACRIFICING JOBS, GOP

Congratulations, Republican Legislature for passing Senate Bill 423,
roping in that damned participatory democracy that broke out here six
years ago when the lame-brained progressives voted for that referendum
allowing so-called medical marijuana to be the law of Montanaland.
This by-the-people for-the-people stuff is poop. I mean, I can imagine
an Iraq war vet who'd lost both legs when he stepped on a mine. Not
only would Veterans Affairs physicians have to declare the vet
disabled, but under SB423, not just one more doctor would also have to
examine them but two, before they can be certified to possess pot for
their pain. You make them really want it, crawl for it - as it should
be. That's how I got to where I am today.

I mean, you've really helped stuff 'em by requiring that those
so-called caregivers (drug pushers) can't charge for their services or
their pot. Damn right. They should do it out of the goodness of their
hearts, like my doctors do, not for money. Besides, all those dirty,
stinkin', pot-smoking, commie hippies talk about free love. Now we're
giving them free pot. And they still complain. Jeeze Louise.

I gotta go. Thanks for showing real guts in shutting down one of the
few so-called growth industries in Montana. (Get it? Growth
industries). Thanks for sacrificing all those other people's jobs on
the alter of your beliefs. Now that former President Bush got Osama
bin Laden, we can all sleep peacefully.

Oops, my day pass is almost over. I must get back for my meds. Why not
join me? I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you. It's a
beautiful day in this neighborhood. Could you be mine? Would you be
mine?
