Editor: Re: "Want legal pot? Prop. 19 isn't the way" editorial in 
Monday's Sun-Star.

Perhaps Proposition 19 is not perfectly written. Almost no
propositions are.

Should marijuana remain completely unregulated, untaxed and controlled
by criminals because Proposition 19 is not perfect? No.
