There is no reason whatsoever to prohibit the use of these drugs. There is a reason to enforce the misbehavior of individuals under the influence of drugs, just as individuals under the influence of alcohol. Now don't give me the sad story about the person that has sunk to such a terrible state that we see occasionally. We see those that are in this same predicament from the use of alcohol. Legalizing the drugs would probably eliminate the use of drugs by a lot of young people just because they are readily available and it is not a challenge to get them. A youngster will do what is prohibited just because it is prohibited. These drugs were readily available when liquor was prohibited. Soon after liquor was legalized the drugs became prohibited. Seems like there was a need to k eep a lot of people working such as police, lawyers, bondsmen, deputies, judges , FBI, DEA, ATF, CIA, ... The very instant liquor became legal the bootlegger was put out of business; he could not compete with the larger distilleries. By making drugs available in regulated businesses, the drugs would be cheaper and those that want them would not have to steal as much to cover their needs.
