I do hope it's a mis-statement; I want to be clear that no such bylaw has come before Nelson City Council for decision and nobody should be predicting what Council will decide. I, for one, would not be supporting any such by-law, particularly as it contravenes the recent decision of the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and there are other tools available for such searches. I am not pro-grow-ops, but I do stand for civil liberties. Margaret Stacey Nelson City Councillor - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
