Drug laws are the ultimate affront to the Charter of Rights. The fact that governments seem to think they can decide what we can and cannot do with our own bodies is an affront to freedom. If we start bending the rules for some because certain cops and judges don't approve of the rights that we all have, then we might as well throw the charter away. That charter is the only thing protecting us from becoming a totalitarian prison state. Russell Barth (Some prohibitions hang on thin legal threads.) - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
