Drug replacement programs such as methadone are not the only option for drug addicts who seek freedom from active addiction. Narcotics Anonymous is a thriving Fellowship in Calgary and around the world that provides addicts a way to stop using drugs (including alcohol), lose the desire to use drugs, and find a new way of life. Membership in NA is free and it works. We are self-supporting by our members and do not seek or accept funding from any outside source. We have no opinion on methadone or any drug-replacement therapy, but we welcome addicts, or those who feel they have a problem with drugs, to come to any of our 55 weekly meetings in 18 cities and towns in southern Alberta, including 33 weekly meetings in Calgary and area. Times, dates, and locations are available to anyone at our website: chinookna.org. Chinook Area of Narcotics Anonymous (An important message.) - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
