CLEMENT POOR FIT IN JOB

If federal Health Minister Tony Clement thinks the threat of jail is
helpful in preventing or curing drug addiction and related health
problems, let him change jobs and become the Justice minister.

Someone mainly concerned with health could then become the Health
minister.

Maybe the Apostle Paul had principles such as these in mind when he
told the Corinthians, "the letter killeth but the spirit giveth life."
