COMMITMENT MUST COME FROM WITHIN

FORCED TREATMENT for an addict makes as much sense as watching TV when the 
picture tube has blown. Until a meth addict is ready to face his or her 
demons, no amount of legislation or bills will be able to put him on the 
straight and narrow. That commitment must come from within.
