To Bruce Mirken's thoughtful letter in the December 1 issue, I'd like 
to add that no matter what you think about marijuana, why should it 
remain completely unregulated, untaxed and controlled by criminals? 
Only legal products of any kind can be regulated, taxed and 
controlled by any government.
