That's what addicts do. There are few lengths to which addicts will not go to assure a steady supply, and getting a "legal" prescription from a physician is definitely the preferred method. The question in my mind is this: How far are we willing to go to prosecute and possibly jail such a person? The thought that our private medical records can at any time be open to authoritative scrutiny is truly frightening. Addicts need treatment, not prosecution and jail time. Enough already!
