Not so. When my late partner was undergoing chemotherapy he was prescribed anti-nausea medication. He went into ana-phylatic shock three times. He was then given Marinol and had serious side effects. It is not the same as smoking marijuana. I was livid when I found out he was smoking marijuana because I am very anti-drug. Being open-minded, I discovered that a couple of minutes of smoking marijuana was like a miracle. He lasted way longer than anyone expected and I attribute that to marijuana and its ability to calm nausea. How can you get well if you can't eat? I just think how much longer my father would have lasted had we known the wonderful medicinal properties of marijuana. Rick Tibben Nipomo - --- MAP posted-by: Jo-D
