GOVERNMENT MARIJUANA PROFIT?

I knew it was only a matter of time before our sly and cunning government
officials figured out a way to profit from this multi-billion dollar
industry while keeping marijuana illegal and while getting around that whole
justice system expense. Let's not worry about the "innocent until proven
guilty" adage or the day in court line! I'm sure judges across Canada
appreciate police officers taking care of this pesky, front line drug
enforcement issue for them. Just think. Police officers find Joe Pothead
guilty and issue a fine that allows Joe the opportunity to avoid criminal
proceedings by simply forking over some dough.
