I don't think so. You would just ignore him and write him off as a crackpot or an eccentric. If he became really irate and started to cause a fuss about your lawn mowing you might suggest he get help for anger management or seek other professional mental health services. Canada should apply this same logic to John Walters and other American prohibitionists when they squawk about Canada relaxing its cannabis laws.
