("Soft laws may stall borders," April 30) I think not. While 80% of Canadian exports go to the U.S., it is also the case that 25% of U.S. goods are exported to Canada. Canada represents the profit margin for a substantial number of corporations. Also, there is the fact that we have raw materials the U.S. needs. Cellucci should think about exhaling now.
