HAJELA'S MOTIVE IS MONEY

Dr. Raju Hajela accuses the anti-drug war lobby of misleading the media? ("O
Cannabis," April 27) Where are his facts to back his claims that cannabis
causes mental illness such as anxiety and panic disorders, dysthymia, major
depressive, bipolar and delusional disorders and paranoid schizophrenia?
Hajela operates addiction clinics. His motive is money. The more beds he can
fill, the bigger his wallet gets. Dr. Hajela has elevated addiction to a
national icon. It's his symbol, his excuse to misinform.
