My feelings are that this is not the time of year to arouse animosity between neighbours (snitching). Locally and globally survival has become iniquitous; no one can say otherwise. In the new year of 2004 we will have survived 20 years of Orwell's prophetic 1984. We must admit it is no longer a prophecy; it is a reality.
