UNEQUAL PUNISHMENT

Thank you for publishing Redford Givens' outstanding letter, "Public 
housing policy" (4-7-02).

If George Bush is not punished for the crimes his daughter does, why should 
a great-grandmother be punished for her great-granddaughter's crimes? Both 
have public housing.
