Such is the case with the Supreme Court's decision Tuesday regarding drug policy and public housing. The policy it upheld is a totally unfair policy, since it applies only to poor people who live in public housing, and as such is highly discriminatory. I wonder if any family member of any of the justices uses drugs, and I really would like them to lose their home if that's the case. I really would like them to get a taste of their own bitter, unjust medicine. This decision is so utterly mean-spirited there's not even a name for it. And the fact that it was unanimous makes it even more disturbing. They should all be ashamed. Frances Del Rio Oakland - --- MAP posted-by: Ariel
