END THE CANNABIS BLACK MARKET

Dear Editor -

It was refreshing to see such responsible journalism in your March 19 
editorial, "Marijuana Is Not A Joke".

I agree that ending the cannabis black market should be more of a priority 
for our government, and I think it is important that this message be sent 
to policy makers.

Kudos to you, and keep up the good work.
