THE BLAME GAME

Bravo to Mike Plylar for his outstanding letter, "Drug War" (Jan. 14). It 
is just like American politicians to blame others for what they themselves 
caused.

How would American politicians and people react if a Muslim nation blamed 
the United States because some of our alcohol, which is forbidden by the 
Muslim religion, gets into the hands of Muslims?

How would we react if a Muslim nation insisted that we stop producing 
alcohol? How would we react if another nation sprayed our grapes, hops and 
barley with herbicides?
