The only problem encountered, as in the instance of the Ng residence ( "Hydro takes blame for wrongful bust, The Cambridge Reporter, Aug. 2), was an error on the part of Hydro which led the police to think there was a marijuana grow operation where there was not. And then there are the instances of the police conducting raids ...on the wrong residence! Democratic societies are based on the will of the people, not the theatrics the police dream up as a ploy for dictating mandates. This article would have been more suitably titled "The Scarlet Sign".
