PANDERING

Marc Morial is pandering to conservatives by including mandatory drug 
testing in his drug prevention program for our city's schools.

The city's money should be used for treatment and prevention, not 
wholesale, degrading searches.

Everyone who supports random drug testing should be subjected to 
random drug tests themselves. Let's start searching their houses and 
cars too.
