The rest of the billboard is blank. Of course, no pot smokers were asked anything. But then again, since when has the Partnership for a Drug-Free Texas concerned itself with being truthful? Only desperate lies can prop up the failed war on drugs. It's time to legalize, tax and regulate these substances so we have a fighting chance of keeping them away from our children.
