WAR ON POT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

RE: POT laws. The prohibition against pot has failed. Whoever wants to
use cannabis uses it without regard to this archaic law.  Taxpayers'
money has been spent combating its use. The war on pot has been a
waste of time and money. I know it, you know it and the government
knows it.
